This is a two pointer...
Firstly, without music piracy I wouldn't have been able to get some of the music I want. Largely because distribution from South America to the United States is severely lacking. I'd love to buy the works of some of my favorite artists from Brasil, but that's just not actually possible thanks to the record industry.
So I love piracy for providing a way for me to get music I otherwise would have been unable to get.
Second point. I own music-piracy.com/net/org what the hell should I do with it?
Thoughts?

Don't Let Your Walls Down
maybe lr should fix that, because it creates the thread before the first post is made.
anyways, i love piracy because it gives people a way to find out about lesser known bands who dont have their cd's in every store around the country. also im a huge fan of european metal, symphonic metal, and power metal which doesn't have a market in the US yet so the only way i can really get my hands on a majority of the bands is either import cds or pirate them.
ill take the cheaper route since importing cds costs about $30-$40 a cd.
i don't like paying for things that have a MC=0
but i don't like paying for things anyway
and stealing music is so easy
lr, can you explain your first assertion?
software is regarded as having a MC close to zero, and it has high fixed costs (so AC>0).
