I seem to have a problem my brothers and sisters. I know an older gentleman that makes music. All his closest friends are telling him to stop making the music because its god awful. He seems to think we're joking with him and continues to produce these horrible tracks. Now is it just us that think he's garbage or does he actually have any talent?
Since he wouldnt accept our opinion, i hope maybe u can shed some light on how i should tell him to stop?
This music can people found at:

* please dont laugh
Honestly, even if he DID let you download it there, I dont think I would.
this is his reply to ur words:
[Any competent academician would recognize the literary value and substance of my material, but in a world of online pseudo scholars, pursuing a doctorate doesn't necessarily make one a genius. It only means that many had the financial means necessary or further their education. While a legitimate think tank would certainly be a bonifide method of assessing the literary value of material, the source of such subjective opinions should not be granted authoritative status simple on the basis of their educational pursuit. On the other hand, if the assessment was made by mature intelligent people with credentials which reflect musical or literary talent, I could hardly refute their assessment.]
Ok, let me tell you something about good music. It's dictated by what people think is good. I do not, however, think that music is good. Please don't ask for my opinion, then say I have no basis to give my opinion on said music.
To me, there doesn't seem to be any real rhythm to the music, it is NOT something I can actively listen to or have as background music. As a radio dj, I would not play that on air, I would loose listeners as well as want to poke my own ear drums out with a pencil.
After going back to take a second look, I think its the voice that turns me off the most.
I have finally figured out the point of this thread.
Background: twelve years in classical and jazz piano, classical and jazz bass (with some intermediate horn abilities), former chorister, listener and advocate of lots of experimental (and popular) music
Assessment: This is terrible music. It serves as a study of poor compression, vocals, sampling, choice of instruments... I'm not sure of the 'literary' value of the music as the method of delivery is so uncompromisingly poor
