the law is no protection
who's watched the anime? I just watched it through for the second time. I love it!

the files I downloaded had the dubbed English version as well as the Japanese (with English subtitles) so I switched back and forth during certain parts to get an idea of the difference between the two versions. and the dubbed English SUCKS. the voice acting is miserable and Vash sounds like a child. I feel like if I watched the entire series in English I would have lost a lot.

anyways, I'm thinking of finding the manga and seeing if that's interesting at all.

also, I downloaded the three CDs that have music from the anime and they're great! Tsuneo Imahori writes some great stuff and it helps that I associate some of the music with certain moods in the show.

people have encouraged me to get into the Cowboy Bebop series, which I might do soon. I watched the movie a long time ago and kind of hated it, but the general consensus seems to be that the movie is subpar compared to the series. we'll see!

... and let the Earth be silent after ye.
I never liked Trigun ... too cartoon-y for my liking.

Cowboy Bebop was better.
