I'm thinking about buying a Quad Core Intel Core 2 Duo chip. If a processor only supports: Single CPU Operation, what does that mean?
uhm means probably you can't plug it into an SMP motherboard and expect to use two of them.
So lets say I buy 2 quad cores, I can only use 4 cores(1 chip) instead of 8(2 chips) simultaneously?
that would be my interpretation of it.
