he's a well-known yale economist, and has written a popular macro book. he's giving a seminar here tomorrow that i doubt i can attend (50 mins at the most).

not to mention his numerous aer, econometrica, and jpe pubs. he has like 4-5 in each of those jorunals! guy is impressive
um, apparently one of his sons and his daughter areboth econ professors at chicago, and his wife teaches management at yale.
