I'm sitting in the video lab currently exporting a rather poor cut of a zombie movie my friends and I made. We're sending it in to a short zombie film competition in Austin today. It turned out really, really good for 2 days of prep and a $60 budget.
Here's the description of the movie we're sending in with the DVD: "2 days. 60 dollars. 30 zombies. 1 pregnant woman."
We had seven make-up artists working for six hours to prep all those zombies. An entire parking lot to our disposal, and two night cops that were way too helpful. Oh, lord, we had way too much fun with this. At 5 and a half minutes long, it is nothing but a preggo running to her car before getting eviscerated by a zombie horde. Starting on Monday I'll be going through and doing the cut I'd like to see, and post it up on YouTube for the internet to gawk at. I'll let ttf know ASAP.
