I'm terrible at overall design, but I can critique this one :).
I like the looks of the click to post button on the left of the textarea, but then tab-enter doesn't work and I have to do shift+tab-enter :(.
everything on this design seems kind of harsh on the eyes. I don't know if it's the background or because everything is all rectangular. or maybe because the replies are all separated.
honestly I don't really have many complaints with this design.
oh yeah, search box would be awesome in the right column under all the other stuff, or even above it.
