to nny for not bailing out on ttf after ditching the ttf code on his site :D

the law is no protection
definitely!
I love how people find forums and stick around. it's neat.
i can get behind that
it makes me wonder why i'm here... not. ttf rules, both in the sense of the code itself and the community!
\o/
it's a small, interesting little community for sure

actually i didn't ditch the code, i handed over the dns to the greater ut2004 ons playing community.
they ditched the code.
had i retained ownership of the site i would have kept ttf on it. i quite liked the way it looked.
for those not aware it was running on my ut teams website. we sorta quit playing after a 6 month undefeated streak because we were bored and summer was starting into full swing. So the site name was still rocking but we weren't really using it.
Donated it to a community site of a machine shittier name and they gladly accepted. Problem is they decided they needed all the absurd fugliness and pointless features of vbulletin. Which they never even properly setup.
=/
I quite liked ttf and should i need a forum in the future for something i'll still consider it.
Heck I've been tempted to push some of my simpleviewer integration stuff into diff format for you guys but... i really don't have the time right now =/
I still have my ttf install properly vhosted on another machine.
It's just a matter of knowing the right ip to access it. Plus this forum is a fun read from time to time.
awesome.. i've actually been spending time on getting the new ttf features to be utf-8 compatible, but it's so difficult. serialize() doesn't know what to do with arrays with utf-8 strings. so i'll probably have to write a ttf_mb_serialize(), then i'll have to write ttf_mb_diff() and ttf_mb_patch().. gotta get this post versioning working..!
