open new tab, type a g in the location bar, space (duh), and paste whatever I want to search Google for.
Camino bookmark shortcuts are great :). I just bookmark the search results page and put %s in for the search term.

I always just buy books, usually used ones. I usually don't read anything unless I'm reasonably certain that I'll like it and it will be worth owning a copy of. if I lived closer to a library I might use it though.
I also have trouble predicting what I'll want to read, so I like having a good amount of books waiting to be read without having to deal with the wait of requesting a book from the library and getting it delivered to my branch like a week later.

that's a good idea! I was trying to think of a single letter I could use. and I use t for thesaurus pretty often. b it is.
m for google maps is pretty crucial, fyi.
