yeah, i thought the same thing when i saw that.
Coda is pretty intense. the thing that killed it for me is that the integrated text editor doesn't have vi-style keyboard shortcuts. but that's pretty much what kills every IDE for me.
I emailed them and suggested a feature that would allow you to integrate any editor you like into Coda, by essentially just having a Terminal window that ran the editor of your choice. they said something to the effect that it was an interesting idea and they would consider it for the future.
I hope they weren't just being polite!
