has anyone ever read a whole book on the computer? i'm looking at reading some longer documents, they are in text format so i can do what i will with the typography.
any tips on programs, formatting, etc?

Sans Serif
do you think so? my understanding is that serifed typefaces are easier to read, because the serifs allow the reader's eyes to flow from character to character. hmm, wikipedia disagrees with this but only on computer screens. sans-serif it is.

Yea .. Basically you want serifed fonts on Non-Electronic displays. You'll start hating Times New Roman heavily after reading massive amounts of PDF's.
