I like bread in general and I've liked the unleavened types that I have experienced:
Pancake
Tortilla
Pita
Roti
Chapati
Naan
Puri
Lefse
Crêpe
Green onion pancake
If you have your own recipe or tried any good recipe could you post it here? I recently purchased the ingredients for some of the Asian types of bread above.
Not flat bread, but bread nonetheless. First recipe I have made multiple times, its very good. The second one I have yet to make.

i had homemade focaccia a few weeks back. great stuff.
yay, lefse! flat bread is used a lot in norway too.
i'm baking bread tonight! not flat bread though, just a french-style loaf
about to go in the oven!
well, it wasn't great. it didn't rise properly and i don't think i added enough salt. but i'm going to try again tomorrow or the next day as i really enjoyed making it (and i want to be a pro-baker!).
