I guess after working for fedex for almost a year now I can understand how something like that would happen. Each package that comes through must get manually put into the system with something called a swacker and from then on your package is sorted by the zip code until it gets to the terminal that delivers those zip codes. Now I can understand how messing up a zip code is possible except for the fact that montana zip codes look nothing like UT zip's and I'm pretty sure theres no 850 W Silver in salt lake city.
*sigh* I guess I have to wait one more day to get my RAM.
