I don't know anything about projecting movies, so I can't comment on the content, but I thought the tone of voice was very belittling...
Yeah, it is. 7 on the Dobly processor is full volume. Max. It's like listening to an MP3 player at full volume. Yeah, it'll go that high but that doesn't mean you should ever do it.
They also have extremely exact suggestions for the lamps. More than 70% life left; brightness at 16 fL; etc... They shouldn't micro-manage like that, projectionists (not film handlers, a la AMC) know what they're doing.

Wanted was fun ... but, yeah, you never run action movies as loud as family movies. I think we have it set at 4.2 or so now... maybe 3.9
