i realised today that my memory of things both personal (experiences) and impersonal (encylopedic but personally important) is pretty bad.
maybe i should host a closed wiki for myself.
ciew is a nice piece of wiki software
i like the sound of a personal wiki
ciew is nice, bluet. i just need to figure out your requirements :)
all you need for the new version is ruby and gems i think
and web server stuff. i have no experience manually setting this stuff up, that's why i ask.
the web server that i use is a gem :)
i use nginx in front of that though, but you probably don't need it for just a personal wiki
okay, you need to explain this better to me.
i promise i'll try your software out!
we should do this over jabber, and at the same time i'll update the README. ok?

we can talk tonight, i should be around.
i can guarantee i'll be online at 8pm bst/gmt+1, possibly earlier
all right then. you should install ruby and ruby-gems for now
i'll do that when i get back from work... they block ssh ports here. so frustrating!
there are a bunch of ways to get around that, you know
