the courier reliability is all over the place... at my current house (which is pretty far from town) the wsj always seemed to show up at the exact same time. when i was living closer to the city, it would show up either at 6:00am or not until the next day. maybe it was just the difference between the paperboys.
two years ago it was pretty consistent for me when i lived downtown. i moved to a trailer park towards four corners and it remained good.
i don't know what's happening in graduate housing. :/
