Don't Let Your Walls Down
So I'm in charge of running/maintaining/admining a server that is used for hosting web pages students make in classes like HTML, dreamweaver and the like. I've got user isolation set up for the FTP portion so when they ftp in they only can access their stuff.
The problem I'm having is the http part. When they http in, I want to make it so when they click on the directories, a prompt for username and password shows up, thus only allowing them into their own directory. I've been fiddling with it all day and am pretty much stumped.

Chiken,
Did you try turning off anonymous access to the sites?
