I have 150 USD worth of American Express gift cards. my idea right now is to just use them for going out to eat and stuff, or grabbing coffee in the morning. any other ideas? (like maybe some secret way to consolidate them and use them to pay off my credit card? :))

I was thinking that I could call American Express, have them put my name/address on the cards, use each of them to send a friend 25 bucks via PayPal, and have the friend PayPal me the money back. is this like money laundering or something? it's not like it's illegal money!
