OMG Montreal I am so jealous!!! Like Nestor said everything is rad! its the cultural capitol of Canada. Music, Art, and food! I don't know the specifics. You will have an amazing time. The party scene is intense as well probably the only place in Canada that can compete with European cities. Not only that but the heritage there is so unbelievable as well. Old Montreal, will take you back to some small European town. It was used in 'catch me if you can' as the town where he had the printing place. OMG Montreal. I think every 20something person in Canada wants to live in Montreal! Well I know I do. The only reason I don't is because of the harsh winters. I dislike winter something fierce. WOW I am rambling. Man Montreal is sweet!

Montreal is pretty cool. we got bagels and Indian food yesterday and slept a ton because we barely slept on the overnight bus ride.
we haven't eaten yet today (woops) but we climbed up Mount Royal and walked on some trails and stuff, bought tickets to see Jay Reatard tonight at the Cabaret Music Hall, and now we're gonna go get some food at this vegetarian place called Aux Vivres. I'm skeptical because a lot of the food seems kind of crazy, but we'll see! then we're gonna check out some bars (La Fin du Monde mmm) and go to that show. later!

I think I just smoked weed for the first time. but I'm not sure how much I feel it. we met these random people on the street who were really cool and friendly and brought us to their apartment with a friend of theirs and we drank terribly bears and joked and talked about being American with them and speaking English and it was fun. then one of them drove us back to our hotel right now. (awesome!) also I took a few hits of a marijuana cigarette and I'm not sure if I'm high right now or just pretty drunk. it's taking a lot of effort to type this and I am tired as fuck. that was fun.
