I like hip-hop, the local radio stations have quite a bid of good stuff, but some is too pop for me. Here are some stations and their playlists if they have any:

http://www.power106.fm/playlist/index.aspx - Most pop songs and new stuff, does well to repeat some of the better stuff.
http://www.935kday.com/ - Great old, and fresh hip-hop, I don't see a playlist though.
http://www.kggiradio.com/iplaylist/ - Run across some good songs often.
http://www.thebeatla.com/playlist.asp - Good variety.

I flip between these stations and also oldies and talk show stuff daily. The dialogue and advertisements on the hip-hop stations are draining though. I just enjoy the music.

I haven't listened to the radio in a long time. Internet radio seems kind of cool because there's such a huge selection, so I'd be more likely to find something to listen to. And the one great benefit of a radio station that plays stuff you're into is that they'll probably play stuff you've never heard before!

http://www.scpr.org/ - 89.3 KPCC & NPR. I usually like the weekends and mornings. Sometimes 'a prairie home companion' is indispensable.

I'm listening to the radio right now. metallica is coming in pretty poorly but there's something neat about finding something you like on the radio, known or unknown.
