Took me an hour and a half to clean my rifle. BLEH! But it's sparkling!

Producer/writer and I made the decision to film the entire thing on Kodak's Vision3 Super 8mm stock, so I ordered a Beachtek adapter today to record the audio directly to a laptop, as well as a few rolls of film.

Just have one tobacco pipe. Not very expensive, or nice, but it does the job well for only spending $30. It's lucite (I believe) which is really weird to me, having once owned a wooden pipe. So far it seems to be working okay. I've been cleaning it out while retaining the nice cake of delicious goodness around the bowl.

the weather was gorgeous today so i decided to take a drive and try to get lost. I drove in the direction that i vaguely remember a co-worker telling me. Her wedding will be taking place here in September and I get to shoot it! so I decided to try and find this place and scope it out and also get lost. I failed at both of these endeavors. The exit I took seemed to actually be the correct one but i followed it too long apparently and I was magically shat back out into my town somehow.

Test drove two bikes today with a group of people from the Polaris West dealership.
The first was the Suzuki Boulevard C109RT.aspx and it sucked massive amounts of cock. The heel-toe shifter sucked, and the thing shifted terribly. There was a loud CLUNK each time I would shift. Couldn't corner worth a damn--nearly ran off the road once.
The second was the Triumph Bonneville T100.aspx which was by far the best experience I've had ever. Seriously, not joking, riding that thing was better than any sex I've ever had. (Not sure if that says more about the bike or me.)
There were 8 of us, including the guy who was running the place, for these runs. We spent the entire time in the boondocks of Katy going on average 90-100mph, taking turns at 50mph, and generally having fun. Each run was about 15 or so miles, and it involved highway-ish riding and city driving. The Bonneville handled everything beautifully, it is officially the next bike I'm getting. Everything on it was solid from shifting, to throttle, to steering. Never felt any excessive vibrations, either. <3

put a new 500 GB hard drive in my MacBook. restored the OS from an image.
i'm jealous. my laptop's hard drive is full. :(
the original was 60. I could just barely fit everything on it. didn't help that I had a 10 GB Windows partition. now I have two 20 GB partitions for Windows and BSD, and the OS X partition is still 425 GB :). you should get a new drive. this was only $115. and they're even cheaper online.

My inbox always gets emptied when I check it. My contacts list is a mess, though. I just have one group that I use sometimes.
My inbox almost always has less than 5 messages showing. Usually I clear it entirely, but instead of starring pressing messages and getting them out of my sight where I might forget about them, I just leave the ones up that haven't been dealt with yet. Then, since that bugs the crap out of me, I deal with them. :)
