... and let the Earth be silent after ye.
I really, really think it should not be called "clittf" ... because all I see is clit-tf.
How about renaming it bluettf? :D
Also ... ditto dp's requests. The config file would be especially nice, I really dislike the all the white headings.
Hrm.
I may just go ahead and edit the script myself. Screw config files. EDIT THE SOURCE!

How about "ttf.py" for a name? :)
1. is fixed.
4. is fixed.
ANSI art is a bit cleaned up now, too. :)
yes on ttf.py :]
ttf.py will probably get command history and tab completion today! :D
And now it has:

> 6. limit what is displayed on a screen at a given time during an ls of a large thread
I think the new -n option to ls fixes this.
All your requests are filled, dannyp.
Any new ones?
:D
thanks, i was trying to get it to work on atlas but it kept crashing on beautifulsoup :[ what do i do?
I got it working just now. I needed to tinker a bit, though. It would be a lot easier if lucas would easy_install BeautifulSoup and cmd2.
how do i install easy_install?
Install the setuptools package.
yeah, i couldn't figure out what package it was in. there's only a thousand python packages for freebsd
all done
Not quite:
ImportError: No module named BeautifulSoup
atlas% sudo easy_install BeautifulSoup
Searching for BeautifulSoup
Best match: BeautifulSoup 3.1.0.1
Processing BeautifulSoup-3.1.0.1-py2.6.egg
BeautifulSoup 3.1.0.1 is already the active version in easy-install.pth
Installing testall.sh script to /usr/local/bin
Installing to3.sh script to /usr/local/bin
Using /usr/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages/BeautifulSoup-3.1.0.1-py2.6.egg

Oh, you only installed them for Python 2.6.
Hi from atlas.
If you symlink python to python2.6, everything should work. Mercurial might fail, though.
sounds ghetto
You could install py25-setuptools and easy_install-2.5 cmd and BeautifulSoup.
why do you need python 2.5?
I don't, but your "python" binary is 2.5, while the modules I need are installed for 2.6.
fuck this. i'm gonna upgrade to freebsd 8 and start over. deal or no deal?
done!

Wow! Just checked it out. Pretty fancy. I love python.
You can now revise posts, update user titles and there's no xclip message.

I deleted the ttf.py repository on wlw by accident.

uh oh. I might have the latest source as of like three weeks ago somewhere...
:(
i thought i copied the script to /usr/local/bin on atlas and maybe www. i didn't?
I'm gonna reupload it.
probably, but it's been in development lr. unless you've been updating it until the accidental deletion i think all our copies are outdated. but -- maybe you have backups of ciew? :D
no. i don't do image backups. i only backup my files. sorry
DON'T PANIC
I've got local copies. The repository on ciew was just a copy for distribution. No code has been lost.
Actually, the code was never deleted, only the .htaccess file that made /hg/ go to the Mercurial webserver.

'Tis up.
