i'm running windows 7 pro 64 on an intel core 2 duo sl9400 with 4gb of ram. i'm happy.

i only need a few things to be ia64t-compatible.
(1) 7-zip
(2) tortoise svn
(3) fujitsu scansnap drivers

i need the first two to be ia64t-compatible because i want the shell extensions to work (they have to integrate with ia64t windows explorer).

the scanner is the only external device i use. fujitsu has yet to release 64-bit drivers for windows 7 for the scanner, which sucks. for the time being, i use the scanner on my desktop computer in my office, which runs windows xp for x86-32 (ia32).

indeed. i left that part out--both 7zip and tortoisesvn have x64 binaries available, which is great.

the fujitsu scanner drivers are the only thing that i don't have working with windows 7 for x64.

im loving the 64bit version of photoshop

the only thing i'm missing is my sound drivers. The only drivers available that i could find i had to install in windows xp mode 32 bit.
