Got one. Love it. started managing a group of coders as well that cracked it and have released a few apps that are better than the standard b&n ones.

Development of other apps is ongoing and one of the team members seems to come up with something new every couple of weeks. I'd suggest the nook over the other readers entirely because of the ability to mod/add on to the thing. Especially because it is android based which makes it simple for almost anyone to put apps together.

One member of the dev group is also working on a project called nooklets that will allow app development in html/javascript.

That's cool, I had no idea you could program it. I wonder if B&N will release an international version like amazon did with the kindle.

I'd buy an e-reader if it had GPS. It's so mind bogglingly stupid that they don't.
