I still think waterboarding is torture and is illegal. but I would probably do it to cheney.
2 wrongs don't make a right ... but I would like to see if this changes his opinion. Not getting laid is torture enough.
if it makes a difference, I would only do it to him in the heat of anger and knowingly outside of the law. I would never support a court- or legally-sanctioned punishment involving it. kind of how I feel about the death penalty.
