I have one of these enermax jazz enclosures with a 500 gb drive in it and I really like it.
enclosures own pretty hard; do you find it's small enough not to be bothersome? i could certainly get a lot more hd for my dollar if i used an enclosure
I never really carry it around or anything, but it works with just the usb cable that it comes with. assuming your usb ports are powered or whatever. the cable it comes with is nice and short too. but yeah, I really dig the size.
