Don't Let Your Walls Down
Well recently I've noticed a huge difference in my eating habits. I started to see signs of it on the bpa trip to florida, were I would not eat breakfast, hardly any lunch, and quite a bit for dinner. I wouldnt feel hungry or feel like I needed to eat. I just figured it was the humidity of the area that was making me feel this way.

I get back to billings and I still feel the same way. I eat no breakfast, no lunch, hardly any dinner for my entire last week of school. I never felt hungry or felt any effects of not eating. I think the most I had to eat was a quesedilla from taco bell. I bet a lot of people in america would kill to be able to eat like this but I think ive got a problem with something in my life which is causing me to do this. I used to be able to eat 3 scambled eggs, bacon, and toast for breakfast. 2 #10's from burger king for lunch, then end the day with a 10 oz steak, salad, noodles, and some veggie for dinner. Im starting to worry since its been going on for almost 3 weeks now, any thoughts?

i don't think there's much of a problem unless it's a symptom of a bigger issue. my eating varies widely.. i've just come to accept it.

nothing is wrong - what are you scared of?
thats about how my eating has been for years now.. especially in the summer when i sleep in and i dont really need to eat anything until dinner time, even then I cannot eat too much. i try to eat as much as possible but every time i try eating 3 whole meals it usually leaves me feeling disgusted and I can never finish all of them completely. I dunno

generally i have two snacks a day and that's it for meals. yesterday for example i had some lodgepoles (didn't finish them) for lunch and one drumstick of chicken for dinner and that's all for the day. i find i do more work when i eat lighter meals but i sleep better when full.

Well I did a little research and I guess I can attribute this lack of eating to my lack of exercise. I used to be really active but lately I really just sit around, talk to friends and what not. Hopefully once i get back into playin ultimate and basketball Ill start to get my appetite back.
