dp sent me some ritual sweet tooth espresso from Honduras with the Pacas varietal.
I'll be pulling it on Monday with a modded Anfim grinder on an Synesso Hydra.

Oh awesome :D hope you enjoy it. I had some the first time I went to pick you up some in September or so, even though I bought you a different one then. I figured it was so long since the roast that I should just go back and get you a new one (all the way in SF :D).
It was pretty good when I had it, since it was a shot my friend didn't drink his so I had two shots :O I thought it was more tart than pretty much anything I had tried before, it was pretty interesting to try something that hits you with a few waves of flavors!
If anyone else wants a bag let me know. I can get some from a couple other roasters that are closer to me, or if you really want a bag from Ritual I might have to do a couple buys to justify the trip!
Don't forget to check the list of "cafés and coffee shops" here on ttf!

So I asked the lady at the store when they are supposed to stop requiring me to have ID to buy beer. She said in cali it's like 30. So I say it can't come soon enough. And she basically mutters under her breath... "they'll still be IDing you." And I kinda wanted to beat her to death with a jar of maple syrup.

It's in Santa Cruz which is about the same travel time. I don't mind though, haven't been there in a while. Also I've never been to Verve.
From the few bags we have gotten its been quite nice. Everyone raves about it here at the roasterie. Def worth the trip from what I can tell.
dp, i'd appreciate some samples, the next time you go out. maybe just half of a pound or less per variety/blend. also, don't make a special trip just for me. ;)
