One your error rate is considerably lower. I recently was called in on a server failure and found two drives were reported failed(4 disk raid 5). On reboot the second failed drive still had errors but the failure cleared. I replaced drive 4 it was able to rebuild and then I was able to replace drive 3 and the rebuild was successful. I'm surprised it was even successful on enterprise drives.
Second better faster interfaces. Now I bet there is a good chance you are not creating enough w/r to switch to sas but another option maybe nl-sas. Spindle count is still king
Cost probably not worth the switch
What is the planned data use? Raid config?
torrenting. raid 10 or raid 6.

Depeding on the amount of torrents and the popularity, you might indeed create enough read/write operations to make use of SAS, like ozntz said ... but the cost of such an endeavor would probably not be worth it.
You can find fairly inexpensive multiple-bay enclosures that would work well for your situation, I would imagine.
