I was telling you about Derrida before, but you were saying the ideas I was conveying to you about him were Heidegger's. :p
I focused on poststructuralism for some of my essays last semester and I read about Ferdinand Saussure and his ideas about language, and they are similar to some of Heideggers ideas.

If you're interested in some of the beginnings of postmodernism Derrida writes about James Joyce's Ulysses. Although it is a modernist novel, it's kind of a mark of transition..also it may be considered a meta-narrative because it's self-referencing.
