... and let the Earth be silent after ye.
Everyone believes something is wrong with our government, whether it be a big problem or little problem. What would you do to correct it?

-- I, actually, would revoke the power of the FCC to a bare minimum: regulating radio frequencies. And I would revoke the spectrum auction and put back in place the previous method of "best public use".

-- Also, I would revoke the tax-exempt status of religious orginizations, the tax benefits of marriage, and corporate personhood.

I'm just venting now ... perhaps more will come.

Well on the way to the unknown
Spending. Those fat cats in Washington should not make more than a mid-level teacher in their state. They would get free travel beween their state and DC to compinsate. Donation would ALL be documented.

I would like more campaign finance reform, but I would need to look at it more closely to get specific.

Much tougher laws reguarding welfare and government "handouts". No free rides. They can at least do some type of community service or attempt to look for a job.

More power to citizens to act as a check on government activities.

Better educational system(s).

Deal with our failing healthcare system (I'm Canadian, but I'm sure that applies to Americans too).
