Well on the way to the unknown

I am interested in this because I went to Lockwood and my mom teaches there. I had Fladmo as a substitute quite a few times. Honestly, she would be a bad teacher in my opinion. And as much as I dislike Bowman, I think he is right in not hiring her.
Focusing on the topic at hand: She is claiming that they based their decision on religion. I know for a fact that is not one of the questions on the application. But for them to deny Fladmo's application, the other woman must be very good. Fladmo has much experience, but little in the way of formal education in teaching.
But if one of the people hiring is mormon and so is the applicant, I guarantee they will be aware of that fact. My aunt lived in SLC for awhile and said it was almost impossible to get a job because they would check which ward you lived in and they knew if you were LDS or not. I am not saying this charge is necessarily substantiated in this case, but I would definitely not be surprised.
