sushi!

http://sushiday.com/archives/2006/10/26/how-t … aki-sushi/

Just ran across this how-to on lifehacker :D I've only made it once. It's not mentioned in that article but one big key is making good sushi rice. I've made sushi rice for nigiri when we have fresh tuna, I can make a mean handroll :)

pickled cucumber!

This isn't the same as how my grandma makes it, we use ginger and these hawaiian peppers that my grandpa grows. Anyway it's different from "pickles" as most Americans are aware of them as. I think they're pretty damn awesome. jk I'll bring some by when we make a new batch :D

cool that looks pretty easy. I am starting to cook more in college and its really fun. I can't keep a skillet in my room though which kinda sucks.. do you make california rolls a lot? mom makes spam musabi sometimes for me but i want to learn how to make it here so i dont have to wait so long to have it :(

No problem, hey you have more content than I do at the moment. Going to attempt to do some major content pumping right after the semester ends. I've not been too creative recently or had much to say so I haven't been doing too much on ttf until this week or so.

I'm going to pick up the targeted marketing http://www.thinktankforums.com/thread.php?thread_id=309 and get some new visitor volume and work on retention.
