does anyone around here still write poetry?

i haven't forever, but i plan to soon (they may resemble lyrics/mcriddleshits.)

Poetry always seems to be self-indulgent garbage; very rarely does it ever become 'good', and I sincerley(sp?) doubt it will come from an internet forum.

Here's a haiku, though:
Mirror, crack'd
my image fragmented
my soul cold.

I'm using a motif of a broken mirror to show that I'm divided in conflict over something, see? My soul is cold, too. Because. Well, I'm GOTH!!! O OOOOH!

stop dragging this forum section down :p people should post their poetry, if i had anything i'd go for it.

hahah.. well, seeing how a large number of people are from the original wl web log, which had poetry aplenty, we may get some up in here.
