I dont support abortion. Not because I give a fuck about "life" or the baby. But more because I think it takes a really fucked up person to kill their own flesh and blood. The least you could do is give it away.

Is tumor life then? It is your own flesh and blood. And to just tell someone to give it away isn't that simple (leave it to a man to say something like that). It is not just nine physical months. It is nine months of emotion, psychology, and nine months spiritually. The impact that carrying an unwanted child to term isn't yet fully known. To force someone to do something they don't want to do is unconscionable.

Once again, it is more than just the physical aspect of it, but you're not looking at the whole picture. Was the pregnancy unexpected? If so, the woman has every right to terminate it. Was the man duplicitous? Both partners have a responsibility when it comes to unprotected sex, but if it's a spur of the moment, I'm deferring to a woman's judgment on this. phi_ is correct in his (mother's) quote. I'm also of the mind that straight people have no business telling me who I can and can't get married too.

True, I'm a big supporter of men's rights, provided that it was agreed upon that they're having a child. Anything else, and it's not fair to the woman. If the man wanted a child, he should discuss it with the woman. If it was unplanned, then he's shit out of luck. He's not the one that has to carry it to term, that has to suffer through the ups and downs and agonies of pregnancy and birth.
