*shrug* Owners up and vanished a few years ago. With no known family, the caretaker of the place ended up owning it. He keeps it up, so it's looking sweet.
Sounds like the premise for a horror movie already...
Too bad I'm not shooting a horror movie. :( I probably should, though. Make some "found" footage movie shot on home cameras about kids finding the house. It would be an excuse to explore the overly creepy woods in detail... but still be a crappy movie.

that's a badass set of scenes but it's no continuous shot, besides I meant that you should do a sweet continuous sequence of the location!
