Yeah this is ridiculous, but I think 1st and 2nd term abortion is still pretty safe. They are the majority of abortions anyway, and have a lot more public support. This is bad but not awful. And why do people wait until it is coming out to abort it?

the law is no protection
partial birth abortion does not entail waiting until actual birth to abort the fetus. it just involves aborting the fetus by inducing labor (I think) or getting it by some other method maybe and then killing it basically. or if you don't think this is actually killing at this stage of development then draining its brains.

this law, I believe, leaves women with the option to have the fetus removed from the uterus in pieces by a different abortion method. less available options for the procedure is the implication of this law, I think. though I'm not sure of the specific advantages and restrictions of partial birth abortions and ones done by the latter method, so there may be other implications.

other implications being more risk to pregnant women in certain situations where a partial birth abortion would be the safer method.

I am in favor of any law supporting the liquidation of children.

^ Didn't they suggest this back in the 1800s? I could have sworn there is this book that has a plan where they eat children as sustenance for society.

I thought the trimester concept was completely flawed?

In HS I was stuck reading tolstoy and dostoyevsky... it's the tolstoy that really made me want to hurt people.
