since i am almost done reading "into the wild" by krakauer, i am planning on jumping back into "being and nothingness." check out this e-mail i just recieved:
"Alliance Française de Bozeman (Bozeman French Cultural Center and multi lingual School) presents a soirée and forum with Jean Paul Sartre, for the centennial of his birth, Wednesday, November 16th at 7:00pm in the Emerson Center ballroom. Professors, students, members of Alliance Francaise will read excerpts of Sartre’s plays and novels. MSU Professors of philosophy, James Allard and Gordon Brittan, key note speakers will address and explain some of Sartre’s main concepts from Being and Nothingness and Existentialism is a humanism.
They will facilitate the public discussion following the readings.
It is free and open to the public.
(Coffee, dessert and wine will be available)
