i'll be doing web development as a contractor for a couple firms this summer. i am thinking about seperating out business income and expenses from my personal capital.
i looked at the montana secretary of state's website about registering an assumed business name. i'm eyeing the form and it says you have to renew once every five years. this means that i still have my business name from fall of 2002! :D
