so i got on to my server, and i saw two copies of ttf:
/var/www/ttf
/home/lucas/thinktankforums-com
i looked in the apache configs, and they were using the former, so i ran rm -rf in /home/lucas/thinktankforums-com
turns out it was a symlink to /var/www/ttf
so all of the avatars are gone. i ran "UPDATE ttf_user SET avatar_type=NULL" to sync the db with this sad fact.
and we are running trunk r110 (which obviously come with freshies).
i'm just going to get the damn revision code working and pull us to HEAD.

is it all that lost? was this package just forgotten? probably neither, but here's the avatar archive from a bit ago that lr made for the dev on google code. you can get yours probably:
