I'm sick of these articles.

most of em are bullshit. I prefer people with no knowledge to people with too much. Also, what pisses me off about european arrogance is france and germany have governments that are completely fucked up. there's a 20% unemployment rate in france... and no one gets any work done in that country because they have like 6 million vacation days and 4 hour work days.
I mean, just ignoring the fact that they aren't american and therefore their interest in our domestic policies is pretty much pointless... worry about yourselves before you go worrying about us.
Additionally most europeans i've talked politics with have been pretty massively lacking in basic understanding of how the united states was structured as a government and that leads to a lot of confusion regarding why our policies and decisions are the way they are.
Cheer up, it's easy for citizens of a country to criticize. Now, back to doing something more imporant.

I do think most people could stand to learn a bit more about just about everything, but I'm with dp here. It seems that there are more important things to worry about than who's the Secretary of some foreign affairs department in another country when a good chunk of our country doesn't have health insurance, can't feed themselves properly, etc...

the law is no protection
I don't really want to think about this enough to make a very serious comment on it.
I will take the opportunity to say that people who stereotype about Fox News viewers or Americans, whether they're NPR listeners or Europeans, are really annoying.
