i had been looking for a new host and ended up with media temple because i was short on time to research. its ok, not that special. after looking on here i noticed lucas talking about slicehost and checked it out. looks like exactly what im looking for...
now if they would just get some more servers, i could purchase a slice.

I manage about 12 webservers at work (well a few are db servers) but they are all windows (except for 2 busy debian and freebsd boxes) and id prefer to host my stuff not on work computers.

what exactly are you looking for? i have a 256slice that is severely underutilized...
I'm just looking for a place to host fakeempire.com (and maybe another site or 2). I tinker with shit alot though. Ill end up breaking something for sure.
